Frequently Asked Questions

How much will I receive for my property?

The price we pay for your property will depend on many variables. The most important factors include the size and location of the land and the distance to utilities. Many times, sellers have not seen their property for many years, so it is necessary for us to physically visit the land before making an offer to purchase it. This may extend the amount of time you have to wait for an offer, but it could also increase the offer significantly if utilities are found to be near your parcel.

It is necessary for us to physically inspect your land before making an offer so it may take us 2-3 weeks to finalize an offer. We will close just a few days after receiving the signed paperwork from you.

Who do you buy land from?

We buy land from private parties. Many of the sellers we buy from have owned their parcels for many years. Frequently, the land no longer holds the same promise it once did. Sometimes the seller's plans have changed, and the property is no longer something they wish to own.

What happens with the land you buy?
